Nursery Coordinator: Bryse MartinOver the years, it seemed that I fell naturally into being the nursery coordinator. When Blake and I first started serving at Wallace, there wasn’t much need of a nursery. However, we continued to pray and prepare for the day we would. I’ve always had a heart for the church nursery and creating a safe, welcoming environment for parents to bring their little ones. Once I became a mom in 2020, my eyes were opened to just how important this ministry is. A church nursery is such a blessing for people bringing little ones to church and I want to be sure it is filled with gospel teaching, volunteers who love the Lord, and babies to care for!
I love serving in the church nursery because I get to be a part of littles first exposure to being in the church and to bless the adults with a safe space to drop their littles while they spend time furthering their knowledge and love for Christ! Being a Pastor’s Wife, Mom, and Nursery Coordinator along with many other roles is very important to me - in whatever I am doing, I pray people feel safe and welcomed. |
